Europe Accounts Payable Accountant

RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Accounts Payable Accountant to join its office in Poland within the Regional Finance Management Division.
Mission
The Accountat provides essential support in both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, along with contributing to general ledger activities. This role aims to develop foundational skills in accounting processes, including payment processing, customer and vendor communication, and general ledger support. The Accountant plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounting department.

Key Accountabilities
- Booking supplier invoices
- Staff reimbursement posting
- Posting of supplier payments
- Supplier reports
- check if procurement processes are followed
- Planning of payments in collaboration with vendor management
Education
Qualifications
- Economic University graduate;
- experience as accountant;
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Experience in ERP systems preferred but not essential (Microsoft D365 F&O would be advantage)
- Good knowledge of Fiscal Romanian Legislation;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong English language knowledge;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Working with tight schedules and flexible to meet business requirements;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Positive approach and strong work ethic.
