Document Controller, PMO - Cork

Exceptional Document Controller required to join RINA’s Energy capability in Ireland, providing support in relation to document storage, protocol and sharing, to ensure all submissions and data are managed and maintained in a standardised manner. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.
This role will be based in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
· Organise, store, retrieve and share documentation using the document management system;
· Implement and control document procedures, ensuring compliance with the wider programme of work;
· Ensure document control processes are adhered to across the wider programme team;
· Prepare for and support document audits;
· Track status of project documents;
· Identify and resolve document control issues;
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· At least five years’ Document Control experience;
· No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable;
· Experience of using document management systems (i.e Sharepoint, GoogleDrive, Dropbox or DocuWare);
· Demonstrable experience of resolving document control issues;
· Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and integrity of project documentation;
· To succeed you will be responsive, concise, resilient and able to adapt;
· Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs;
· Must be an Irish citizen, or have right to work in a permanent position. We are unable to sponsor work visa for this position.
