RINA is currently recruiting for a Site Procurement Specialist to join its office in Chandigarh within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

The Site Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of activities at the site. The individual should be dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with managers, along with proactive problem-solving, are essential for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities

The expert should have ability to conduct market research, negotiate pricing and establish terms and conditions for services and product
maintenance.
Experience as per Government Procurement Guidelines of is preferable.
Coordinating with all parties
Bid Management
RSP management and Vendor Selection
Negotiation
Tendering
Provide expert inputs on deliverables of Implementation stages

Education

Master’s Degree

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Atleast 10 years of experience in preparation of tender documents and in carrying out bid process management.
Should have experience in ITS-related Procurement and should be capable of understanding and communicating the technical specifications of ITS products (Hardware and software) to the Implementation agency.
