RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join its office in Delhi within the Project Engineering Division.

Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator / Technical Leader with a strong interdisciplinary background in Infrastructure and Mobility Engineering who can strengthen the company’s technical capabilities in India, build and lead a solid and autonomous technical team, and actively support Business Development and Business Unit through the preparation of technical proposals and participation in tenders.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the technical growth of the Infrastructure & Mobility (I&M) team in India
Build, develop, and coordinate a team of engineers
Coordinate with international teams (Europe / Middle East / others)
Provide technical support to projects during the study, design, and delivery phases
Ensure technical quality, consistency, and reliability of deliverables
Actively participate in the preparation of technical bids, including methodological approach, team organization and CVs, and cost evaluation
Support business development initiatives
Support the selection, training, and development of local technical resources

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Civil, Transportation, or related fields)
More than 15 years of technical experience in infrastructure, mobility, or transportation projects
Proven experience as a technical lead, coordinator, or senior engineer
Experience with tenders, technical bids, or proposals
Excellent communication skills in English
Proactive mindset, with a strong focus on growth and problem solving
International experience is considered an added value
