RINA is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the  Division.

Mission

The data analysis intern will work closely with engineering teams to develop data-driven solutions tailored to the evolving needs of clients.

Responsabilities

As a Data Analyst Intern, your assignments may include:

  • Work closely with specialists, other analysts and engineers to design and develop data models in our Power BI business information tools to report key business information;
  • Participate in the design of dashboards for business intelligence and automations using Python;
  • Be encouraged and expected to innovate and be creative in your data analysis, problem solving and presentation of solutions;
  • Provide actional insights to drive the growth of business and improvement of operational efficiency.

Requirement

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science; Engineering or related field; (3th semester onward);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Intermediate to advance English (it will be tested)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote);
  • Exposure and comfortability with data analysis, data preparation and/or data manipulation using tools such as Power BI and Power Query;
  • Strong Knowledge of Phyton
  • Knowledge of dashboards, KPIs, BI (Business Intelligence) and other metrics;
  • Ability to produce presentations and reports and actively participate in team and departamental meetings;
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time while driving results;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Workplace: Downtown in Rio de Janeiro 
Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site)
