RINA is currently recruiting for a .NET SW Engineer to join its office in Brescia within the Materials, Technology & Innovation Division
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
The candidate will be involved into Digital Development Team of our Industry 4.0 Area in Brescia.
The candidate will develop control process systems in steel sector, in particular:
- Data acquisition systems from PLCs
- Data processing functions
- Data bases for collection and historical analysis
- Stand alone and web-based user interfaces for process monitoring and control
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer science/Engineering, statistic science, or Automation Engineering or in Electronics
- Knowledge of the Object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework
- Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net Development Environment, C# language
- Basic Knowledge of SQL Database (MSSQLServer)
Nice to have:
- Familiar with web front-end development (Angular, Grafana)
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming language
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of modern software design
- Self-motivated, interested in working as part of a team, and able to work in a distributed team
- Demonstrated leadership ability to develop schedules, plan activities for self and others and work well with other functional teams
