Civil Works Designer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Works Designer.

RINA is seeking VAT-registered professionals for possible collaboration in the following role. Please note that activities will take place throughout Italy. Role Description

Mission

▪ Perform technical tasks assigned by Discipline Leader or Specialists, related with drafting, modeling and designing activities, estimation of civil and steel works, checking of deliverables with the main target to operate in compliance with Project requirements, time schedule and quality standards

▪ Ensure interfaces with the Project Specialists and Designers both in his department and the other engineering departments

▪ Ensure interfaces with activities performed inside or outside the Company

Tasks

The Designer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Tasks include:

A-Development Technology know-how and Commercial support.

B-Feasibility

C-Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development

D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion)

▪ Prepare sketches for studies and pre-design of civil and structural works, pursuing objectives of sound design practice and optimizes in term of costs, fabrication simplicity and safety

▪ Ensure proper quality checks of all Discipline project deliverables issued by subcontractors inside or outside the Company

E-Construction and start up

▪ Provide support field engineering at site
