RINA is currently recruiting for a Romania Junior Agriculture & Food Certification Auditor to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.
Mission
The Junior Agriculture & Food Certification Auditor is responsible for ensuring that agricultural and food production operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, manage and control the audit program;
- Assign the audit team;
- Check the customer documents management system documents (as manual, procedures, instructions, files, records), technical documents and other documents supporting the audit;
- Plan the audits;
- Participate in and conduct audits (Carry out interview, take notes during the audit);
- Identify and define the results of the audit (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement);
- Draw up the audit reports;
- Follow up the results of the audit (Non conformities and corrective action management);
- Carry out technical review of files and decide on certification;
- Keep skills / qualifications / certifications up to date;
- Maintain updated the data of the customer and the other data relevant to the audit Process;
- Demonstrated customer focus, striving for high customer satisfaction, understanding the requests and needs of the customer, and being responsive for the quality and effectiveness of the audit activities audit process.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related field;
- Previous experience in agriculture, food production, or auditing is mandatory;
- Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 22000 and ISO 9001, is preferred;
- Demonstrates knowledge of business operations to appropriately interpret standards;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization;
- Proven negotiation skills to explain audit findings to an organization’s management;
- Learning ability to stay current with changes in business, industry, and management practices;
- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and professional reports within required timeframes;
- Self-organization skills and self-motivation to manage workload for maximum effectiveness;
- Intermediate knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to manage and negotiate as a problem solver;
- Excellent customer orientation;
