Romania Certification Business Developer

RINA is currently recruiting for a new Business Developer to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.
Mission
The Business Developer will be instrumental in developing RINA by offering an assigned services portfolio and/or within an assigned geographical coverage.
Key Accountabilities
- Update the pipeline with new prospects to be followed up;
- Support contract closing activities;
- Support the development of ‘cross selling’ and mutual opportunities;
- Track competitor activity and provide updates on competitor news and intelligence;
- Collaborate with more experienced Business Development Managers to focus on new business and sales opportunities, client visits and management;
- Work with the more experienced business development mangers to identify potential customer acquisition opportunities;
- Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements;
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, repeat business and developing new markets;
- Provide support on customer contracts, tenders, and quotations.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree (Industrial knowledge would be a plus);
- At least 3 years of experience with roles concentrated in Business Development and Sales (B2B);
- A track-record of cultivating relationships with clients at every level of the organization;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time ( valid driver's license);
- Experience writing, appraising, and negotiating detailed contracts and commercial agreements is a bonus;
- High degree of flexibility and capabilities to handle various tasks in parallel including prioritization;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open-minded personality;
- Outstanding team-player and capability to work with distributed international teams, but also able to manage independent work;
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals;
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries or markets;
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and sales pipelines;
- Understanding of legal and contractual matters related to business agreements.
