RINA is currently recruiting for a Industrial Inspections Business Support Assisstant to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Mission

 

A Business Support Advisor with a focus on managing administrative tasks from the creation of a customer in a database to the issuance of invoices plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations. 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Assignment of jobs to auditors (internal and external) - issue of invoice and inform clients;
  • Document / report filing;
  • Collect the client payments under the supervision of the head of office;
  • Support and coordinate Office facilities / meetings / HSE including PPE / stationary / surveyor expense / time sheet;
  • Contacting potential clients via mail or phone to promote RINA services;
  • Scheduling of appointments with potential clients;
  • Assisting the team in the preparation of quotations / preparation of quotations;
  • Registration of prospects/quotations/contracts within RINA databases;
  • Other office work assigned by team leader / station manager.

What are we looking for

 

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor or apprenticeship in the commercial field;
  • Previous Administrative or Back-office experience preferably within international working environment;
  • English language at an intermediate level;
  • Good computer skills and Microsoft applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
  • Ability to work both independently and excellent teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
