RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Talent Recruiter to join its office in Bucharest within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission

The recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the execution of the annual recruiting plan, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting strategies to respond to the market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Acting as a talent advisor, providing strategic guidance to hiring managers.
  • Managing and executing the full recruitment cycle. Develop sourcing models and plans to generate a talent pipeline; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the candidate's experience, competencies, background, motivation, and specific fit for the role and company.
  • Finding ways to improve the recruitment process.
  • Represent and promote RINA to potential candidates.
  • Responsible for data to create, measure and scale smart recruiting strategies.
  • Maintaining recruitment databases, effectively using the applicant tracking and reporting system.
  • Working with Hiring Managers, Head of HR, Recruitment Manager on mapping the jobs and defining the best sourcing strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Psychology

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred. Expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
  • Strong passion for recruitment
  • Confident in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment
  • Have the aptitude to interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds
  • Knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools.
  • Proactive and results-driven with hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution anticipate roadblocks and proactively create solutions to ensure success
  • Excellent English communication skills.
