RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Human Resources Director to join its office in Bucharest/Piraeus wihin the Global Human Resources Division, managing 22 countries.

Key Accountabilities
Focused on contributing to the effective and efficient International HR management, ensuring a compliant system for HR process through:
- Implementing the HR strategy at the local level and ensuring the global HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines
- Responsible to deploy global HR projects to the relevant region with focus on HR operations, compensation & benefits, compliance matter, employee’s engagement, talent management, career development, learning & development, performance management etc.
- Managing all HR related operation matters locally for the assigned countries in the hub in relation with: employment (from hiring to retiring), payroll, social security, fiscal regulations, legal matters, trade unions, people development etc., directly with their own team and/or through external consultants
- Providing support to Global HR Management team to ensure consistent global approaches and administration of HR Operations, both in terms of processes and systems/tools;
- Granting the operative coordination of main global HR processes, like salary review, performance appraisal, MBO assignment, budgeting, recruitment etc.
- Participating in projects to continuously improve HR systems, including testing and documentation (HCM); granting the system configuration for HR managed systems, properly customized to support the Global HR teams to manage HR Operations;
- Supporting International HR teams in driving ad hoc process improvement initiatives in support of company programs and standards;
- Granting the proper implementation of local learning & development programs such as, onboarding, people development, etc. cooperating with the dedicated Corporate Functions to ensure the proper implementation by the local hubs.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Business Administration / Finance Management or Law
- 10+ years of HR experience and exposure to different operational HR processes, preferable in international organizations
- Building and Developing Professional/Technical Knowledge: Specialist expert and building capability in own team (or has influence technical/professional over others)
