RINA is currently recruiting for a Certification Credit Advisor to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Mission

Support the definition of policies and procedures for proper management of credit collections and related activities, customer credit terms/limits, ensuring compliance with any relevant regulation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support in the delivery of financial information, analysis and forecasts to support continuous improvement of business performance;
  • Collaborate with people in charge of credit collection in the business;
  • Assign and update the customer credit limit on regular basis;
  • Ensure proper credit limit reporting;
  • Ensure proper credit recovery reporting;
  • Ensure proper “legal procedures” reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management

What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience as credit advisor;
  • Average accounting knowledge;
  • English language at an intermediate level;
  • Good computer skills and Microsoft applications;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
