RINA is currently recruiting for a Loan Real Estate Valuer to join its office in Milano, Roma, Brindisi within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Mission

Lead and execute comprehensive technical valuations for complex real estate assets or portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting clients in financing decisions.

Key Accountabilities

- Perform in-depth technical evaluations of high-value assets or portfolios, ensuring compliance with cadastral, urban, and ABI standards.
- Develop and review technical reports that meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on technical conformity issues and their implications for financing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage large-scale valuation projects efficiently.
- Guide and mentor junior valuers, ensuring consistency and quality across valuation deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering General

Qualifications

- Extensive +5 years experience in technical real estate valuation, particularly for financing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of cadastral, urban planning, and financing compliance standards.
- Excellent client relationship management and project coordination skills.
