RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in ambito Facility-O&M to join its office in Bologna within the Real Estate General Management Division.​

Mission

Leads complex property projects for client-owned assets, including construction, renovations, and large-scale maintenance initiatives. The Senior Project Manager in Facility and O&M for complex assets (hospitals, airports, industry etc) is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and compliance with regulations. With extensive experience, the role provides strategic input, resolves challenges, and mentors junior team members.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Provide regular progress updates, detailed performance reports, and issue resolution support.
- Align project objectives with client goals and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Supervise and guide project teams, including contractors and specialists.
- Mentor junior project managers and provide expert advice to ensure consistent performance.
- Promote collaboration and foster a high-performing, client-focused team culture.
Process Improvement and Strategy
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management practices and workflows.
- Provide strategic input during project planning phases to optimize resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into project delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering General

Qualifications

' - 8+ years of experience in property project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects for client-owned properties.
- Expertise in managing budgets, contracts, and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of property regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
