RINA is currently recruiting for a PMO to join its office in Bari within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

RINA is currently recruiting a PMO Officer to join its office in Bari within the Compliance & Projects Reporting Consulting Unit. His/Her role will be to support SMEs/big Companies which are beneficiaries of public funding in the overall management of the planned interventions. More specifically, the candidate shall cooperate with the different projects’ representatives in the implementation and monitoring of all activities of their competence

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, development and updating of progress supervision tools
  • Provide support in the coordination of project activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Support in checking the compliance of physical interventions and project documents with National legal provisions and requirements of specific funding Programmes
  • Support in monitoring the progress of the works, with continuous measurement of the status of predefined KPIs and technical targets, in compliance with the established time, financial limits and fixed milestones
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Preparation and presentation of periodic progress reports with description of activities carried out, critical issues and to-do lists
  • Systematization and updating of the project paper and digital folder
  • Knowledge of Project Management basis and most common tools for project planning and other related activities (MS Project, SAP, MS Power BI)
  • Availability to join in frequent meetings/periodic checkpoints at the client's and/or project representatives’ premises, based on their needs/requests
  • Good Knowledge of spoken and written English language
  • At least 3-years professional experience in similar role
  • Previous experience within EU/National public funds is a plus
