RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Infrastructure Certification Project Manager to join its office in Bari or Genoa or Milan, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division.

Mission

Deliver defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results for RINA Check - RINA Italy

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinating external and internal teams of professionals; #LI-MC1
  • Carrying out inspections on the basis of the project’s documentation;
  • Managing contacts and maintaining relationships with public clients;
  • Issuing and signing project verification reports;
  • tenders management
  • Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities;
  • May be responsible for one or more projects / one or more clients;
  • Issue the documents and instructions for the project execution from the planning to the invoicing of the services;
  • Plan and schedule of workload of field personnel, ensure that the assignment requirements are understood and met by field personnel;
  • Assist field personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities;
  • Evaluate field personnel performance;
  • Ensure that all data entry into RINA systems is performed in accordance with the agreed systems and procedures;
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System;
  • Support and participate in the organisation’s environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
  • Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures and Guidelines;
  • Responsible for waste disposal as per the guidelines of the organization;
  • Be aware and understand the Quality Policy;
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS;
  • Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
  • Ensure services are supplied to requirements and within margin and project targets Cooperate with Business Development function in commercial activities up to order Intake;
  • Arrange and attend to meetings (both kick-off and periodical) with customers;
  • Collect customers’ satisfaction and letter of reference at the end of the project;
  • Review the invoice prior to submittal to submittal to the client in order to ensure the Correctness.

Education

Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
