Mission

A Paraguay Accountant Advisor has a focus on managing administrative tasks, on contributing with financial operational routine activities on providing information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Liaise with day-to-day accounting duties and liaise with the accountancy firm
• Input accounting transactions on ERP system
• Receive and process supplier invoices and billing statements in the accounting system
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Checking of Balance Sheet accounts pending items and General Ledger analysis
• Liaise with banks and cashflow control
• Organize and run payments on banks
• Issuing and signing cheques
• Credit collection control (incl. checking of withholding takes deducted from customers payments)
• Organize documents and files to be delivered to the accountancy firm
• Reconcile Official accounting Vs internal ERP system
• Complying with the procurement requirements
• Ad-hoc admin duties as required
