RINA is tendering for awarding an owner engineering service contract, to be perfomed in Kazakhstan, relevant to a new power plant erection ( greenfield).

Project in case of award will start in 2026 and will last for at least 3 years

Project location is in Semey, Abay Region, Republic of Kazakhstan

We are seeking for many experts in different roles and disciplines:

 

ENGINEERING:

  • Project Engineer
  • Senior Engineer
  • Civil Engineer
  • Process Engineer
  • Electrical Engineer (relay protection certified)
  • Enviromental Engineer (Certificate of training on knowledge of ISO 14001 standard )
  • Mechanical ( Rotating / turbine; Static/Boiler installation) engineer
  • Instrumentation, automation and control engineer
  • Planning engineer

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Document controller (Certificate of completion of training on knowledge of ISO 9001 standard)
  • Project manager ( FIDIC standars and/or PMP Certificate )

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • HSE Manager (NEBOSH/IOSH certificates + certificate of completion of training on knowledge of ISO 45001 standard)
  • HSE Supervisor/Auditor (NEBOSH/IOSH certificates + certificate of completion of training on knowledge of ISO 45001 standard)

 

INSPECTORS:

  • NDT inspector (ISO 9712 "Non-destructive testing" not lower than the III (third) level of testing )
  • Integrity inspector (Qualification or certificate in accordance with the requirements of API 580 Risk-Based Inspection and API 571 Corrosion and Materials)

 

Main requirements applicable for all the positions ( the requirement in brakets close to the role is intended as additional for the specifi position)

 

  • 5 years of experience in the role
  • Diploma or higher education level 
  • Russian language advanced ( project main language as well technical specification will be in Russian)
