Inspector / Surveyor – Site Supervision

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Project Duration: 24 Months
Project: Installation of Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System at 18 GGS

Job Summary

Responsible for TPI, site supervision, inspection, QA/QC, documentation and certification activities for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP and quality documentation.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against approved drawings/specifications.
• Monitor welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating and related activities.
• Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural works; Mechanical/Piping as required.
• Witness FAT/SAT, testing and calibration activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality/site records.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Track and close NCRs, punch points and support commissioning.
• Verify as-built drawings and site measurements.

Qualification & Experience

• Engineering Degree with 5+ years relevant experience, OR
• Engineering Diploma with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in TPI / QA-QC and onshore Oil & Gas projects.

Preferred Certifications

CSWIP | PCN | NACE/CIP Level II | IWS/IWT/IWE | WRI | ICorr Level 2

Key Disciplines: Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural; Mechanical/Piping as required.
