Process Engineer - Field Operation & production, Aksai KZ (rotation 14/14)

RINA is looking for a process engineer that will operate in Aksai for 1 year+ within Process and Asset integrity department of a lead oil company. Extension of contract is possible after first year.
Consultant will be a process engineer familiar with process engineering, production optimization support and debottlenecking, management of change, barrier management methods is nice to have. He will have Chemical Engineering degree, solid experience in Process Engineering, production optimization, asset integrity and process safety knowledge. Main tasks and duties:
- Provide process design engineering input and support for the process optimization, improvement of plant production rate, availability, maintainability and safety, review and approval of all process engineering deliverables
- Ensuring that all verifications and calculations check, and designs are consistent and in accordance with the relevant standard
- responsible for the assessment and management of new and existing Asset Integrity Issues
- Engineering Support on Management of Change and Barrier Model activities, including data analysis, data processing, Risk Assessment (e.g. participation in What-if, Hazard Identification, ORA - Operational risk assessment, etc.), close out review, and preparation of periodic reports;
- Engineering Support on Asset Integrity Technical activities, including data analysis, data processing, HARF (HAZOP Action Response Form) and HAZOP Actions review and close out
- Prepare and perform site visits, with visit check list and reporting
- Interface between Asset Integrity Department and Engineering Team
Rotation 14/14, 12 hours/ 7 days weekly scheme will apply. All expenses (VISA, hotel & meals, flights, local transportation etc.) will be on our account and care. Contract and work permit issued by our office in KZ.
Required skills and experience:
- Professional Level on English Language (reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Proficiency Preparing Engineering documents (e.g. Reports, Studies, Philosophies, Guidelines, Procedures, etc.)
- Experience in field activities (e.g. Site Visits, Data Collection, etc.)
- Experience in engineering design. Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering documents associated with the Discipline and nature of the service required (e.g. P&IDs, C&E, SLD, Isometrics, etc.).
- Experience in Risk Assessment (e.g. participation in Operational Risk Assessment – ORA, HAZOP, What-if, SiL, etc.)
- Experience in SCS/SCE/SCC Review and Definition
- Experience in Operational Performance Standards (O-PS) and Written Schemes of Examination (WSoE) preparation and application
- Experience in Engineering of Maintenance. Proficiency on Task List definition, maintenance frequencies, FMEA, Maintenance Deferrals Review, etc.)
- Experience in definition and review of Safe Operating Envelops (SOE) and Integrity Operational Windows (IOW).
Further qualifications, nice to have but not mandatory:
- familiarity with Barrier Model.
- familiarity with Managing of Change (MoC) Process.
- familiarity with SAP system and CMMS
