RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Consulting Senior Tender Advisor to join its office in XXXX within the RINA Consulting Tender Division.
Mission
The Senior Tender Advisor role involves analyzing tender requirements and ensuring that tender submissions align with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities
1. Bid Preparation and Review:
- Lead the preparation and review of tender submissions, ensuring that they are comprehensive, compliant, and strategically positioned.
- Provide guidance on structuring responses and incorporating compelling value propositions.
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct risk assessments associated with tender submissions and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to inform tender strategies.
- Provide insights on pricing , market positioning, and differentiation.
- Monitor notices and outcomes of public and private tenders.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information about potential tender opportunities.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather client-specific insights and preferences.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Implement quality assurance processes to enhance the overall standard of tender submissions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to tender compliance.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tender compliance, finance, legal, and technical experts, to gather information and insights for tender submissions.
- Provide guidance to team members involved in the tendering process.
7. Qualification Process Management:
- Manage the qualification process for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Support relevant teams to ensure that qualifications are maintained and updated as required.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Implement lessons learned from previous tenders to enhance future submissions.
Education
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in tender management, with a proven track record of successful tender submissions.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market factors influencing tendering processes.
