O&M TAR Specialist (Ivory Coast)

We are seeking experienced professionals to join a team of TAR specialist, with an anticipated start date of 1st October 2025. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee critical aspects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the Operation and Maintenance process.
Project: Oil&Gas
Location: 9 months remote working + Ivory Coast expected 1 month onshore and 2 months offshore
Specializations required:
- TAR ROTATING MECHANICAL SPECIALIST
Main tasks:
- Issue the permit to work during the preparation phase of the Turnaround
- Coordinates the activities on rotating equipment with Electrical Substation and Technical Room
- Verification and control of mechanical deliverables against Company/Owner standards including packages, pumps and Compressor LP/HP gas units.
- Preparation of ITT package for tendering the rotating maintenance activities during Turnaround.
- Provide Bid Estimation and Manpower Planning.
2. TAR PIPING SPECIALIST
Main tasks:
- Arrange for the correct and cost-effective performance of mechanical construction works, in accordance with theestablished Turnaround programs.
- Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works
- Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed by subcontracted.
- Manage the technical and administrative documentation work pack.
- Define maintenance work priorities, prepare the material and consumable request list according P&ID and piping class, issue a Job Card.
- Issue a Material Request and follow-up the process.
3. TAR E&I SPECIALIST
Main tasks:
- Ensure validation, testing, and engineering of process measurement instruments, control actuators, installation components, and safety systems are performed in line with Company standards and requirements.
- Interface and coordinate with the Company E&I technicians
- Coordinate E&I technical activities executed internally or outsourced to subcontractors, ensuring adherence to Turnaround specifications and timelines.
- Support TAR Coordinator and TAR Manager to define man hours and cost estimates
- Prepare the technical documentation for E&I elements material and services requisitions
4. TAR VESSEL SPECIALIST
Main tasks:
- Perform in-service inspection for pressure vessels and the pressure-relieving devices (PRDs) protecting these vessels in order to plan the activities during Turnaround.
- Control activities relating to the rating, repair, alteration, and engineering assessments of its pressure vessels and relief devices.
- Support the Company/Owner of the plant for inspection and engineering assessments of its pressure vessels and relief devices.
- Support the Company/Owner of the plant for developing, documenting, implementing, executing and assessing pressure vessel/pressure-relieving device inspection systems, inspection/repair systems and procedures that meet international code and Company/Owner procedure.
- Perform controls necessary such that only qualified welders and procedures are used for all repairs and alterations.
- Perform controls necessary that only qualified NDE personnel and procedures are used.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience within the Oil and Gas industry during O&M operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
