In this role, you will work with:

Technical support and troubleshooting for our software solutions
Coordinating support tasks with your skilled colleagues
Building a FAQ database
Maintaining documentation
Internal coordination and planning

As a technical supporter, your most important task is to provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to our customers in close collaboration with colleagues working on our SERTICA and INEXTIA solutions.

Who are you?

We imagine you have a relevant technical background and a solid technical understanding.
You are a strong communicator with experience as a technical supporter and, through your engagement and personality, create the cohesion that ensures execution for the customer.
