About the job

As a consultant, your primary responsibility is to create value for our customers through both our SERTICA Solution – a digital platform for ship management – and our INEXTIA Solution – a digital platform designed to support maintenance processes across various industries.

You will provide technical consultancy and professional project management to your customers – either onsite at their location or from our office in Aalborg.

Our customers expect us to be experts in our solutions and to use this knowledge to challenge and improve their business practices and processes.

You will be responsible for managing your customers, with a focus on:

Customer relationships
Consultancy services
Project management
Technical guidance for customers regarding their solution
Onsite assignments
Internal coordination and planning

About you

We imagine that you have a relevant technical background and are a strong communicator with experience in consultancy and project management.

You have a strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset, and through your commitment and personality, you ensure a positive customer experience.

To qualify for the position, we expect that you have:

Technical understanding of IT solutions and their value to customers
Experience as a consultant and/or project manager with a focus on creating customer value
Business acumen and experience working with business processes
A desire to become an expert in our solutions and combine them with industry-specific knowledge
A result-driven approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Personal drive and initiative
A positive and proactive mindset
