Do you want to work with leadership, customers, service, and support?

In the role of Team Lead for Services and Support, you are responsible for leading the consultancy group in RINA Digital Solutions, which works on projects and service deliveries for the company’s existing customers.
In addition, you have overall responsibility for the Support team, as well as for planning and allocating resources across both teams.

Your responsibilities

You will work with:

  • The company’s profitability, where you will hold partial responsibility
  • Preparation and follow-up on the company’s goals and budgets
  • Resource planning
  • Supporting Sales, Marketing, and the Development department to safeguard the company’s interests
  • Planning and carrying out necessary quality measures
  • Acting as a culture carrier of the RINA values
  • Complying with the company’s principles of “Good Management”
  • Conducting annual performance reviews and holding regular 1:1 meeting with employees

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a relevant technical background and therefore a solid technical understanding, combined with proven leadership experience.

You are a strong communicator with experience as a Project Manager and/or Team Lead, and through your engagement and personality you create cohesion that ensures execution.


We imagine that you have:

  • Technical skills as well as leadership competencies
  • Solid project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration abilities
  • Strong impact, decisiveness, and the ability to work in a visionary manner
  • Advanced verbal and written Danish and English skills
  • Extensive contact with customers and business partners



It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

  • Customer support
  • A positive mindset and a desire to influence the development of both the business and the employees
