As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will play a key role, where you are both an advisor, a problem solver and the one who ensures that our customers exploit the full potential of SERTICA.

In this role, you will work with:

    • Shipping companies’ workflow and processes, including the data and structures that need to be built to meet the requirements of the shipping company and the authorities
    • Advising shipping companies on best practices
    • Offering technical sparring and support – onsite and from the office
    • Recommending changes to increase value and ease of use
    • Developing the use of SERTICA, e.g. reports and tips
    • Coordinating internally and planning customer activities
    • Developing tools and procedures to optimize the use of SERTICA
    • Introducing functions and modules for customers (upselling)
    • Preparing reports and recommendations after customer visits
    • Collecting and communicatin “Customer voice”
    • Assessing how experinced customers are in using SERTICA


As a Customer Success Manager, the most important task is to maintain a close relationship with our customers and thereby create added value for them through the use of our solutions.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from a shipping company and thus have knowledge of their processes, including vetting, docking of a ship, port state control and preparation for class inspections. You use this knowledge in your professional dialogue and technical consultancy assistance with our customers.


In addition, you have a technically relevant background and are a strong communicator with experience as a Customer Success Manager or project manager/consultant. You also have a solid commercial and growth-oriented understanding and, through your commitment and personality, create the cohesion that ensures execution for the customer.

 

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Business understanding and experience with business processes from the maritime sector or industry
  • Technical understanding of IT solutions and their value to customers
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or project manager/consultant with a focus on creating value for customers
  • Desire to become an expert in our solutions and connect them with business and process knowledge from the industry
  • A result-driven focus
  • Strong communication skills and relationship skills
  • Personal drive 
  • Positive attitude and desire to influence things


It is a plus if you also have experience with SERTICA or a competing product.
