RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - International Property & Facility Technical Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division

Mission

As a Property and Facility Intern, you will assist in managing and maintaining our international offices, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. You will support sustainability initiatives, facility optimization, and gain  experience in property management. This role offers the opportunity to learn how to enhance the quality and functionality of workspaces across our global locations. #LI-VB1 

Key Accountabilities

  • Support to manage the optimisation of the RINA offices according to the business needs
  • Assist at planning the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the offices, including plants (e.g. HVAC, lighting, etc.)
  • Learn to analyse the current maintenance activities, making an assessment of the current service providers with the scope of identifying possible critical issues/inefficiency and proposing corrective actions/alternatives
  • Cooperate with local colleagues to retrieve office measures and general info (furniture, photos, etc.)
  • Assist in selecting and managing the providers for the required services (e.g., market analysis, gap analysis, transport, refurbishment, construction works, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Political Science, or related fields
  • Good command of Excel
  • A good level of English is required to communicate with international stakeholders

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
Master’s Degree in Political Science or Architecture
