RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.

To maintain always up to date the qualification processes contributing to improving the efficiency of resource allocation and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

Requirements Identification: Establishing qualification criteria for auditors based on standards, audit type, and industry specifics;

Candidate Selection: Assessing candidates' skills and experience to ensure they meet minimum requirements;

Training Program Organization: Developing and implementing courses to train auditors in the necessary techniques and standards;

Competency Evaluation: Testing auditors' knowledge and practical skills through exams and simulations;

Certification and Authorization: Granting qualifications to auditors who meet all performance criteria;

Mentorship and Supervision: Assigning a mentor to new auditors and monitoring their work to ensure compliance;

Requalification and Continuous Training: Providing courses and update sessions to keep auditors informed of changes.;

Periodic Performance Evaluations: Continuously monitoring auditor performance and updating qualifications to meet quality standards;
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role;
- English language at an advanced level;
- Good computer skills and Microsoft applications;
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
