Business Support

RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Mission: 

To maintain always up to date the qualification processes contributing to improving the efficiency of resource allocation and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Requirements Identification: Establishing qualification criteria for auditors based on standards, audit type, and industry specifics;

• Candidate Selection: Assessing candidates' skills and experience to ensure they meet minimum requirements;

• Training Program Organization: Developing and implementing courses to train auditors in the necessary techniques and standards;

• Competency Evaluation: Testing auditors' knowledge and practical skills through exams and simulations;

• Certification and Authorization: Granting qualifications to auditors who meet all performance criteria;

• Mentorship and Supervision: Assigning a mentor to new auditors and monitoring their work to ensure compliance;

• Requalification and Continuous Training: Providing courses and update sessions to keep auditors informed of changes.;

• Periodic Performance Evaluations: Continuously monitoring auditor performance and updating qualifications to meet quality standards;

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role;
• English language at an advanced level;
• Good computer skills and Microsoft applications;
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
