Installation Engineer (Angola)

Job Purpose
Install two Platforms and relevant Sealines and Cables.
Main Responsibilities & Key Activities
To ensure Contractor works are performed according to project specifications.
To ensure Contractor tests are carried out according to test procedures.
To evaluate technical risk and identify relevant mitigation actions.
To support Offshore CPY Rep. to control CTR during Jacket, Deck and Sealine Installation
To support on-vessel safety, quality, and installation procedure
To provide technical installation support, ensuring CTR executes the scope in full compliance with the installation procedure and risk assessment.
To control activity and their execution is in line with projects plans and highlighting any possible deviations.
To verify works compliance with Project Specifications, Company Procedures and Quality requirements.
To coordinate and follow up MOC
To coordinate interface with Contractors during offshore operations.
Education
Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background or equivalent degree in offshore engineering.
Fluent in English
Professional qualifications
Experience with Engineering, Construction and Installation and of Offshore facilities like:
- Jacket & Deck
- Sealine & Umbilical
Knowledge and to be familiar with International Standards.
Knowledge and understanding of Marine activities involving Installation and Pipelay Vessels.
Required experience
10 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry as Engineering.
5 years experience in Engineering of Installation of Jacket, Decks and Sealines.
Certificates
BOSIET, Seaman Book, OGUK Medial Certificate, Yellow Fever.
